The 1590BBS Pro enclosure! Similar to Hammond 1590BBS and fits most standard jigs made for them. Similar to common 1590BB size, but a bit more than .3" taller. Also similar to 125BB or 1590BBM
Choose bare or a quality powder coat done by Cusack Manufacturing. We are currently transitioning our powder coated line up from the previous 1590BBS to the new 1590BBS Pro! If you do not see the color you want here, please check stock of the other 1590BBS!
Brushed, high quality aluminum ensure smooth, defect free surfaces that take powder coats and paint with ease. This is the preferred enclosure of the milling and powder coat team at Cusack Manufacturing, remarking that they drill with ease, have fewer powder coating defects, and look fantastic with a variety of finishes.
-A383 aluminum alloy, sturdy and made to be stomped
-Brushed walls for a smooth, burr free surfaces
-Measurements with backplate attached: 4.7" x 3.7" x 1.66" (119.5mm x 94mm x 42.1mm)
-Walls ~2.25mm thick.
