MMBFJ201 pre-soldered on TO92 adapter board in-house at Cusack Manufacturing! Just add your own legs/wires to connect to your PCB, we like to use cut resistor legs or short wires.
Legitimate thru-hole J201's are nearly impossible to find, luckily the SMT part is still in-production making this the closest you will get to the older Fairchild/ON Semi J201.
