Our favorite soldering iron tip around the shop! What we like about this tip is it is great for general purpose thru-hole soldering, SMT work, and re-work. It holds a small amount of solder in the "spoon" like shape which helps maintain temperature, flow the proper amount of solder the joint requires, and makes drag soldering for SMT easier.
