Enclosure Services Test

StompBoxParts is looking for beta testers for custom drilling, powder coating, and printing!
These will be done in-house with our friends at Cusack Manufacturing in Holland, Michigan, USA.

THINGS YOU NEED TO KNOW TO QUALIFY FOR BETA TESTING:

-USA customers only at this time.
-125B Pro only at this time!
-You must use StompboxLayout.com ! Find our template for the 125B Pro and design your enclosure there.
-Minimum order quantity is 10 identical enclosures.
-We are only offering powder coating in the colors we currently have available on the website. Click here for currently available colors.
-Lead time for this entire process will be about 1 month.
-As a beta test incentive, we are offering one free drilled sample prior to running your batch (after payment for full batch) to ensure everything lines up. It might also be powder coated and printed but that is not guaranteed.
-To give a rough estimate, two-face drilling will cost roughly $5ea and top-face printing will be another $5ea. This is additional to the enclosure cost. Your drilled, powdered, and printed enclosure will cost roughly $22-24 each. Estimates will vary a little bit per project depending on needs and requirements.
-Full payment is required prior to beginning work.
-We may turn down your project. We're going to be a bit picky choosing projects to ensure the process gets dialed in. We may also accept your project at a later on in this beta test. We have a lot to learn! 
 

HERE'S HOW IT WORKS:

  1. Make an account at StompboxLayout.com
  2. Using StompboxLayout.com, design the enclosure drilling based on the 125B Pro - SBP
  3. Export your design file an an SVG using this naming format:

    last name or company-project name.svg
    Example: cusackmusic-resound.svg

  4. Contact Us! Please include 1)your name and company (if applicable), 2)the name of the project, 3)quantity, and 4)powder coat color or bare. We will coordinate file submission, quote, payment, and other details with you. Full payment will be required prior to proceeding. 
  5. As a beta test incentive, we are offering one free drill sample prior to running your batch (bare, no powder or print). If you found you made an error in your drawing, each revision will incur a $50 fee (to cover another enclosure, reprogramming the CNC, labor, shipping, etc). AKA if you can nail the drill template the first time, we are covering all the expenses including the parts, fees, labor, shipping! 
  6. After sample approval, patiently wait 1 to 6 weeks for us to complete your order. When it is ready to ship, you will receive a tracking number and it will be on the way. We will periodically update you along the way if there is a major status update (drilling complete, powder complete, shipping, etc). We don't want to keep you waiting any longer than necessary, but we do want to take our time to hone in the process. When the order is complete we will ship it out the same or next day.
